As to what tools were used;

I used Visual Studio and Unity. Also had maya installed to make it work with the assets. Warby used Maya and photoshop for the most part.

That looks great, but I bet that maps with rain (or bad weather) in em doesn't get played often because it makes people feel a little bit worse than they would if it was bright and sunny
