The SSD i bought a few months back is probably the best thing I've bought since I bought SC1 10 years ago.
It really is THAT awesome.

haha I opened mapcore and went "wtf has happened to the colors on my monitor? Oh, new design.."

ah okay, then just go for whatever intel processor you like (quad right?
)get an ATI gfx card .medium range will do, or high end if you really wanna OOMPH it (not really worth your money).
get 6~8gb of ram, 4 is too small. (OCZ is a good brand, make sure its the same Mhz as your motherboard can handle).
get one SSD disk for your windows+photoshop+3dsmax/maya/Program Files. (it really is worth the extra cash, you might have to buy this on the side)
get one huge samsung disk for your games/downloads/music/movies etc.
get a really good motherboard. The motherboard is something people usually dont think is something you should pay attention to and they always fuck it up and buy a shitty one that cant handle the amount of IO that you need and it ends up beeing your bottle neck. If you are like me and not a super-sound geek then you can get one with integrated sound so you dont have to buy an additional sound card. (same with network, if you want wireless then buy an usb stick).

are you just going for the crazy gamer pc or something where you can select 5~10 different types of hardware for each component?
the "build your own pc" thing?
-
Im with peris on this one.
Let some company with a 3 or 5 year insurance policy going on build your pc.

Thats what RSS feeds are for

Yeah the GT review started off a little on the whine-side, but at the end there he had only good things to say about it.
Maybe he wrote the review while playing the game and at the end he started to like it?

I thought that the new video showing off new tristram (and the blacksmith thingie) was sorta more in style with d2 than anything ive seen up 'till now.
I mean, at least it was dark and a little gloomy.

Maybe its a SP vs MP thing?

Different games needs different FPS's. You can play splinter cell or other slow paced games with 30 fps with no problem, but with crysis you'll notice the 25 fps if you use your speed and run fast through the jungle. (They've masked the lag a bit with their blur, but it was still very noticable for me).
If you play QuakeWorld with anything less than 60 fps then you die a lot more

Looking good minos. You could experiment with greenery up in the ceiling as well like in

Quote from Taylor
It's true that most people are going to dump the same stats for each class and it can confuse newbies into either checking the internet or ruining their class. Though removing it outright is extreme, the dialog could've just offered good suggestions. And isn’t WoW dumbing down simplifying talent trees (aka skill points) for the expansion? Less talents to learn, only one tree at a time, etc.No customisation, no experimentation, cookie cutter only.
I dont agree that its extreme, and yes; WoW is simplifying everything.
But what I think you dont get is the fact that simplifying is good. 100's of options only confuses a player and makes him want to do something simple (aka play another game).

Thats a good change imo
