    Pros:Looks great

Smooth as a greased frying pan

Double jumping around like an idiot is rather enjoyable

The start was fun, shooting the cannons

Bringing your ship in with the remote was pretty groovy to watch. Even if I had to spam my keys to find out the right buttons!

The island was really cool to explore, I'd like some more floating rocks to platform on and stuff though. Can you get on top of the Observatory? I'd like to be able to go high up and look down at the island.

    Cons:

The camera moved around too much on the intro scenes, I felt sick

Your sword attacks knock away the pickups, gets annoying having to fetch them when they fall off an edge

Everyone walks around like they have a broom up their ass

Too much dialogue at times, I found myself just skipping through it on occasion

    Display More

Solid feedback, thanks And yes you can get to the top of the observatory. Theres actually 7 different "light houses" which you can activate, and one of them is at the top of the observatory. I'm not gonna tell you how to get up there, but its very similar to activating the light houses

Also, there are maps around the island, and if you look close you can see that they have the locations of the 7 light houses.

I think maybe one superhero is enough for bale. He should make something a bit more complex now.

Finished my first game on the next easiest difficulty yesterday, was waaay too easy.Anyway, then I started a new one on Prince difficulty, with Earth formation and Standard sized map....getting quite a bit of challenge now. Also I played the Japanese in my first game with all their combat strength bonuses, but this time around I'm playing as Romans, and it sure is a lot harder to defeat those damn barbarians. Constantly retreating or healing my units. It's great though, I love it!

LOL, that is EXCACTLY what I've done. (except I havent restarted the game, still owning as japan)

I think it depends on how easy it is to purchase items, and when I'm first gonna overcome the barrier that bying items are, then I'm gonna go all in and not purchase some wimpy 0.99$ item.

But the bottom line is that games are more expensive on Steam than in a regular store after the $=Euro thing. At least in Norway.

I'll have to create the vis-areas and portals myself, but they would be far inferior to actually using the level geometry for such.

Inferior when it comes to time, maybe, but not to performance if done right, methinks

I never thought I'd see the day when Blizzard might be falling behind. I was so sure that the new modding stuff for sc2 would kick ass when it became possible for modders to earn real money for their stuff.

Now its just a matter of time before Steam gets a bigger piece of the indie pie

Your mac address is the mac address assigned to your network card when it is made in the factory afaik.

I even think it is hard coded and cannot be changed externally. It can be faked or emulated tho^^ (I am not by any means sure of any of this, but to my general knowledge this is true)

I have two HP ZR24w at work, which I can flip on the side.

Only problem is that the version of CITRIX we use doesnt work with 2x24" and it crashes my pc if I try to move a CITRIX window onto my 2nd monitor.

Ive heard that 22" + 24" works tho, weird...

If they'd have the money to pay they would. Not paying you is very bad for them if it gets out that they hire people and dont pay. It basically means that they cant ever do it again if they get known as the studio who never pays.

    Wait, let me get this right;

They dont have the money to pay you for your time time, but you think they'd have the money to hire a lawyer and sue you for showing off some stuff that you made and never got paid to do?

Seems pretty obvious to me what you should do =)

I just bought Civ 5 and mafia II, then realised that I'm super busy and I wont be able to play the games for at least a week after I get em
