Looks like the metacritic score is stabilizing at around 80 for this. Congrats Mazy

Haha I got to the middle of season one when i couldn't stand waiting one more week before I learned what happened next so I read all the books as well

Norwegian gaming site gave it a 2 out of 6. Basically not recommending a purchase at all.
Plus:
Agile game engine, impressive crowds, a handful of large maps.
Minus:
Outdated game mechanics, too many small and crampy sneak levels, bad story, provoking misogny, lacks real freedom.
edit;
Another norwegian one gave it a 7/10 but this one was written in a dialect I cant bother to read.

Your post doesnt make much sense other than that they had an event which was laggy. You are either fucked by this event because you couldn't get the items OR the whole market balance is fucked because said items come at such a low price...
WHICH ONE IS IT?

I wish I could join, but I don't have the game

Nice idea. Simple and effective. It might be a little thin in the long run tho. If I understood it correctly it's always about going into the right shop to get the right properties to pass the next obstacle.
One small criticism is that you should work more on your effects. Especially the spawn effect needs something more. You could probably Berp the scale of it when it spawns so that it doesn't suddenly pop into existence but rather "bounces" into existence.

Also I can't help but think that this game would be a lot better with better camera handling, but I wouldn't know for sure without testing it myself.

i just realized how clever these fuckers at valve are. i mean, they pick names of everyday objects so that if you try to google their shit it gets obfuscated by random handiwork related manuals.
Haha yeah thats really clever when you want people to learn your tools too because it makes everything so much easier to find!!

Quote from Pampers
includes audio with heavy nose breathing
And the occasional coffee slurp

I have actually watched a stream from Notch when he did that game for charity thing. It wasn't as boring as I would imagine and I learned that he was a really slow coder that reaally took his time and didn't use much short cuts.

probably because of the "artsy bullshit indie game" part

If that horde mode was avp1, then that was the game I played. So much fun were had.
I loved the part where you morphed into an alien if you got killed and then had to fight your former team mates.
-
This is awesome.
-
I cant remember playing avp1, but I remember being scared shitless by avp2.
I mean the first part is just pure atmosphere, not aliens or anything. Just the sounds... I still remember finally getting out of the base where I have been freaking out because of that ping sound from my gun and then hearing that infernal predator scream. *shudders*
