I don't know how they know it doesn't trigger a vac ban since VAC is doing delayed bans.

I've been playing SP and MP and I gotta say this is one fucking awesome game. I love the multiplayer and single player experience is just top notch. Oh and I'm playing on PC and all the dedicated server petition kids should try it and see how it works, because it just works: no lag, no waiting in line, instant access to servers. Love it.

No, hard copy is the same as Steam copy. They both need to be installed through Steam and need an internet connection.
