you're right, they are more built. I think they'r emore built then you think, howevber the shots may not present them that way.
I'll keep working, but the texture will help a lot in this matter.

repetiive, get some 3dsky box in there. Decals will help a lot. More tree cover or foliage.

Working on the hand proportions, but I wanted them kinda lanky and gangly. Obviously a lot to go. Can't decide whether the backpack thing will be welded to the geometry or sit ontop and I'll do some kind of dynamics on it. Hmmm
