I would really suggest re-doing the lighting so that there are directional lamps on the artwork (like in galleries). Good, smooth lighting can really map an area look 100% better.
Also, if you have time, you might want to give some of those flat surfaces some minor 3D flair with some coping or striping. It adds depth, shadow, and breaks up monotony.

$200 is my price point for consoles. I don't purchase above that. Quite frankly, if I've got $600 to blow, I'll use it as a down payment on this:

I want people to stop reporting on him. He hasn't been on TV in a year because he always manages to look like a whack job and nobody will schedule him anymore. But the video game press keeps focusing on him and giving him a sopabox to scream on. Ignore him and he's got nobody left to listen to him.

At the end of the day, somebody within either the publisher or developer needs to lean back and say "Heeeey, wait a sec. This is going to cause us some problems donw the road." My thought would be on the developer side, simply because they know all the assets. Especially on something like an Elder Scrolls game that they know is going to be heavily modded and all of their art assets poured over in detail.
Another perspective was that Oblivion probably should have been rated M to begin with. Hell, you go around hacking the crap out of everything in that game. How it got a T rating to begin with is beyond me.
