    Looking fantastic already. I'm having a hard time figuring out what kind of material the walls are made of though. Not sure whether it's concrete or metal. I think you could really bring this scene to life if you use a complimentary blue here and there (on textures I mean, not on lighting). I know blue/orange combination has been done to death but you could try and see if it works.

    A few monitors emitting subtle blue or green lights here and there would also look cool imo, this kind of stuff will really make the silhouette of the pipes much better.

  • Crysis 2

    Played the demo for a bit and I love it. The graphics get a bit overwhelming sometimes with all the bloom, high contrasts, details everywhere and players looking all the same.

    The controls are really smooth and the nanosuit powers rule.

    I too have teh same setup (but with a 9800GT) and the game runs super smooth on this machine.

    The engine is much more optimized than Cryengine 2

    I love your work. I'm sure you will find a job in no time.

    The only thing I'm not too fond of in your portfolio is the apocalyptic scene. Sorry to be brutally honest but it's not on par with the others. The assets look great individually but the overall environment is really unpleasant to look at. The lighting doesn't make much sense and the contrast is brutal. The asteroids even make the scene look like it was made on bryce or other weird 3d software

    If I were you I'd remove the asteroids completely and redo the lighting from scratch. I'd go for something more among these lines:

    uh the cheapest subscription option costs £ 5.99, that's 1/4 the cost of the movie if you were to buy it... don't be a cheap ass!
