ummm, she is in the police station in NorthWestern Las Venturas (the island, not the city). She is in the little town just to the NW of the Dam.

sigh, that means no GTA for me this weekend.
-
airstrip missions are a bit of a hassle, but atleast I am getting better at flying planes adn now I can fly from one place to another without spending $500
-
finally unlocked Las Venturas, joy joy joy.
The mission were you have to shoot down that helicopter a few missions before LV is unlocked was such a pain in teh ass since the cops would always be on you. Once I found the strat it was easy, as most are.

yes, I know. Just wanted to see how long I could go before someone caught me.
-
I don't have it, but I am sure I would probably play it a few times a week.
I've been meaning to pick that up now that the price went down.
And to Duffy, can you atleast try to keep things on track.

now that I stopped playing it, that video makes me want to go back and try out the new stuff they have added in the few patches that I haven't play in the past month or so.

don't blame me, I voted for Kudos!

I feel good, I beat supply lines on my 5th try, while I hear most people gave up after awhile. The trick (and this really isn't a spoiler at all) is to just stay on the ground and wait for the vans to come to you.
Take out the first parked van, then the moto guy to teh west, and then wait on the street in the path of the van to the south. Then fly and take out the last two guys.
On my first try I got 3 but ran out of gas, 2-4 I was blown up or restarted, 5th time I did what I said above and killed 4 of them before I ran out of half my gas and killed the last guy with 1/4 a tank to spare and almost didn't make it back. Just be patient a don't get too close to the guys.

I played GTA3 on my friends PS2, then when it came out on PC I got that and played it, albeit with my PS2 and USB adapter. I did the same thing when Vice City came out.
with the controller you can lean back and not have to worry about being close to the desk/keyboard/mouse area.

you can fly/swim/boat forever in SA. I tried swimming for about 10-15 minutes (yeah I know its a long ass time, so I think it was probably more 5-7 minutes which sounds more reasonable) thinking that I would be eaten by sharks as the barrier. I saw sharks but was never stopped, so I reloaded my save, got into the Los Santos Airport (which is locked, you just ahve to find teh right wall to jump over), stole a jet, and then few south for about 5 minutes and never once hit a barrier.
I think that it just loads a little section over and over and over so you really hit the end of the world, but it just loads that last part of the map over again.

mojo, u got the......*cough* thing from the mission where u gotta infiltrate the military base?tis bstevr
))~no spoiler;)~
still only in San ferrio :\ on the second Woozie Mission that involves the ship and flying the helicopter
Quote from MazyGonna be really interesting to see where they take GTA next, especially in terms of locations. Having something set in a Paris or Rome like city, or some other European city could be cool, then set in the 70s
(or just have all of europe D:! sicko rockstar north). Could also be cool with some asian inspired stuff, having something set in a Tokyo or Hong Kong'ish city cud be really neat. But I guess they'll stick to something american, since thats where the majority of the market is
And tbh then Im not that interested in multiplayer GTA, although it'll be kickass for sure when it comes, but its the singleplayer stuff I think r0x0rz~
Anyway, this is the hawtness~~~
I bet it will be Europe since this the last GTA for the PS2 and next will definately be the next gen, so its goign to be HUGE. 5+ cities and lots and lots of crap going on. Maybe an island city !

you ever listen to the radio station and hear about shit you just did on a mission?
Last night I heard some people that wouldn't have been on the radio when the game first starts, but as you progress through it, they are now on the radio and soon I imagine they will be off. Another was me hearing about some missions I just completed (a DA being framed and some fields being burned were top stories on the Talk Radio Station).
It is also cool to hear about rain that is about to happen or foggy conditions in the city that you are in.
I did notice some odd bugs where it sounds like instead of saying "Los Santos Police" in the bring the family together mission (or something like that) the helicopter guys say "Freeze Los Angeles Police". It could be audio, which I hope it is. Another was in San Ferrio where the police said Los Santos Police again, instead of saying SF police. [/nitpick] Damn this game is awesome.

My god that motor cycle mission when you have to shoot the bad guys off their bikes was SO Terminator 2. I just smiled in awe while playing it

and bad boys 2, don't forget them :X
I agree with mazy, that teh world is jsut so captivating. Once I got to San Ferio I drove a round a bit just to check shit out and not do the missions, mainly since this was a new area and I wanted to crap my pants even more. The hidden vehicles and shit that I didn't expect in this game just make me scream with delight.
Time to start my Saturday of GTA.

I think I might be on one of the last legs of the first missions (the ones with your gang) since they are becoming really kickass and almost movie-like scenarios.
Man this game is awesome.

got SA last night. Totally loved it. As mike can atest I played til 3am in teh morning and we got the damn thing at 7 or so, so that is a lot of GTA happenings.
Mike just loved to go into stores, order some food, eat, adn then proceed to kill everyone in the store and run like hell. I took the time to just fuck around and explore what I could. I won't spoil anything with all the cool things I found, but there are a lot of awesome things in the game and we are only a few hours into it.
Its buckets of fun.

that is just messed up beyond all belief, videos included
