so did those storms hit you pretty bad (granted it is the storm from yesterday)? I saw pictures of the baseball sized hail that fell in the Twin Cities area.

bottom one actually. First one, as I said I was blinking, about to cheer, or something, and had like 2 beers. I mainly just had a lot of fun (was a medieval themed resturant where knights jousted, so I think I was just cheering for our knight since he kicked ass), I just got caught at the wrong time.
Bottom one was on lord knows how many, it was at a Karaoke party and drinks were had.

I swear to god I was blinking at the exact moment that picture was taken. If you look at the un editted photo, I am in the way back talking to a few people, just wrong place at wrong time.
Here is a more flattering picture:

wow, those are some awesome shots. The palace is just so amazing, it just doesn't seem like it fits there. And the mountains are just majestic and magnificent.

In terms of horror remakes, its up there with Dawn of the Dead, maybe even past it. Its mindless, but its not bad (like many an other horror movie). Well done and enjoyable.

hmm, preview wasn't much (wasn't expecting a lot anyways). Even though Jason Statham has more the physical features of 47, I think Vin is a better choice since Statham's acting can be rather over the top while Vin can be more subdued.

This is a wreckless opinion. Blatantly stealing other people's work and repackaging it as your own is not something to be encouraged. Perhaps if it was Brothers in Arms they were blatantly stealing you wouldn't be so cheery about it. Or Mazy, if it were Hitman?
Shame.
If someone made a WWII game where you control a squad as easily maybe, but Squad combat done as effectively as we have done it in BIA hasn't been done. I love to see someone else do it, to see their ideas and to see if they improved on anything. Frankly that hasn't happened yet. MOH:PA and Republic Commando are some examples of crappy implementation, even GRAW had bad implementation.
Mercenaries is fairly the Same sandbox game like GTA. Wide open areas, vehicles, various factions you can please and piss off, but since it takes place in Rural Korea is it a rip off? Just because of its setting?
Quote from zaphodIf it's fun, people will buy it. f someone else does it better, than maybe I should step up and innovate show poeple why my game is still the best in the genre. Can't copyright gameplay and it would be a damn shame if you could.
That is why I buy games. Games are supposed to be fun, if I don't entertain me, then its a waste of money (Destroy All Humans, From Russia with Love).
(2nd point) That is why ESPN and Madden were good to go hand in hand. Can't say they are rip offs since they both dealt with Football, but they would constantly try to one up each other, but then once EA got the offical licence their competition went bye-bye. I would like to see more competition amongst games, but that is why so many games each have their own special features so they don't draw comparisons to the Big names.
[/Holy Crap]
EDIT: VVVV - Oh yeah forgot all about FF

I enjoyed it. Seriously - make a big, fat asian guy with ginger cornrows and mangle his face up with the customising tools; you can't NOT like the game when your lead character looks like that yet is still trying to act like a bad ass
Dunno if I'll be buying it as there are a fair few games I'm after for the 360 hitting soon (Dead Rising, N3, Test Drive Unlimited, Enchanted Arms), but it might just make the list.exactly. I enjoy creating stupid looking people, one guy I made was fairly close to looking like Joe Camel - LINK, and it was funny to see him walk around since he was so damn ridiculous. Plus the fact that you can at any time change your character to look like something else is nice.
Yeah its a GTA-clone. So what? I agree with Mazzle. No reason to fix something that isn't broken. They actually fixed somethings that bugged me with GTA - being able to move your camera/gun while in a car and fire in that direction for example.
If a game is fun then I am going to play it since playing games that are fun is a whole lot better than games that suck (Duh). Also hitting someone and making them go flying with Ragdoll Physics then to have them animation blend and get up and walk away seamlessly is great!

Looks like its getting mid 80s in terms of reviews. I still don't know. I really think I would enjoy it, and the 72 hour - Majora's Mask - thing doesn't bother me since that means having to replay it over and over, but it seems there is something that they aren't telling us about the game. I guess I will have to read more reviews.

I wont buy a 6-7 hundred dollar PS3 nor will I buy a 360 when most if not all of the really great looking games (this excluded) are available on the PC so I think like plenty of people I'm bitter.
That is exactly why I bought a 360. I hated the fact I had to upgrade my computer multiple times just to make it the best and run games as top quality and not at medium settings. With the 360 I can lay back in a beanbag or on the couch and just relax while I play instead of sitting inches away from my monitor. Its not that don't PC game any more, I still do, but the fact I can be as relaxed as possible is a main selling point for me.
Plus a lot of games that are multi release for consoles and PCs are generally developed for consoles now anyways, so I might as well play the game the way it was intended.

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005)
A petty thief posing as an actor is brought to Los Angeles for an unlikely audition and finds himself in the middle of a murder investigation along with his high school dream girl and a detective who's been training him for his upcoming role...
This was such a great movie, comedy, drama, the works.
Hooligans (2005)
Unjustly expelled from Harvard, Matt moves to London to live with his sister and her husband Steve. He is quickly introduced to Steve's chirpy, cock-sure younger brother Pete and his football hooligan friends. Initially afraid of the violence, Matt soon ends up becoming as desensitized to it as his new found friends. Eventually suspicion, shocking revelations and unsettled scores combine to a devastating climax where London's most fierce football rivals- Millwall and West Ham United- are set to go head to head.
Another good movie. We actually watched these back to back and were amazed that we picked two winners.
