you BEAT IT ALREADY?
The term "red-letter day" originates with the tradition of marking holy days in a church calendar in red. We use the term here to designate days of special significance in each month -- holidays, astronomical happenings, anniversaries of historic events, and days with memorable folklore attached
i noticed that lol
well i just beat it: this is spoilers so just hilite if you wanna read.
Quotethe ending just felt rushed. no aftermath, no more plot after the explosion, just bam: gman, stars, credits. the game didnt even further the main plot. we dont know anything more about the gman, what happened to gordon between hl1 and hl2, why there were xen aliens all over (details of breens relationship with xen are sparse), why the "benefactors" want to stop us from mating, what the final result of breens plan would have been, etc. we really dont know anything more about the base plotline than we did at the end of hl1.
what was even the point of everything gordon just did? everyone dies as far as i can tell, all the main characters are in the citadel and all the people in the city below would probably get devestated.
hl3 better be soon
but definately overall the game was superb, 10/10 easily. everythin was perfect gameplay wise!
thats no spoiler
it was worth playing to where i am now just to get the spoiler gun
i wish they would fix the c button so that your group would actually follow orders when theyre in a firefight. they tend to just stand there and youre mashing c telling them to go to cover.
so i bought the game yesterday. took me a few hours to get past the first little area, getting used the controlls and all. its very hard since you dont have any kind of radar that shows guard locations, and everyones camod real well. lots of depth this time, changing camo and face paint, capturing and eating food, etc. still has the year long cutscenes and codec conversations, but what would mgs be without those?
fletch is a suckup
the voice acting felt real natural though, i agree
eurobrew.olhux.net
ha, you wouldnt want that tho
theyre tiny but i like em
smd exporters are the same as hl1 pretty much
i liked in the beginning of the game when barny compliments gordon for pressing the button, obviously poking fun at the hl1 "experiment"
