Another developer accuses Zynga of copying their game (following the style of Nimblebit's image):

uh it's not a bad game but isn't this a bit ridiculous for a small flash game?

I have to agree. Seems over the top to me as well.

How is this a list of underrated movies? It seems that people constantly rave about almost every film listed.

Nothing Zynga is doing is illegal and we aren't heartbroken, angry or feeling victimized. We just couldn't pass up an opportunity to poke fun at Zynga.

Regardless of how much this will affect you and your partners in the end, I think it's good that you call them out on this. The amount of people who share and comment on the story shows that lots of game makers are shocked that this sort of thing happens. I'm sure you guys will be OK, but it still doesn't make it right. I don't think Apple is going to do anything about this, I'm not even sure if Zynga will comment on it, but you guys did the best out of the situation and now even more people know about Tiny Tower and NimbleBit. Kudos!

Lame move by Zynga. Glad to see that it's on the frontpage of reddit and I hope that the big game news sites pick up on this.

We've been getting hit heavily by spambots the past days and I'm not sure if you're human or one of them. For now I will say "welcome" and keep a close eye on you (sounds like the plot for the movie "Screamers")...

lol i thought the thing was pretty good. And its a prequel (which it actually does a great job at being), not a remake. Maybe if you had known that going into the movie you would like it more, but instead you want to be a hipster to show off that you've seen some age old black and white movie, but like a classic hipster you fail?

I'm with Dux here. I knew it was a prequel but it was more like seeing the same movie for a second time with newer effects. Don't bother if you've watched the original imho.

    Just kidding, looking great, Rob!

I also waited quite some time until I updated to 5.0(.1) so I'm somewhat relieved that there are others out there who do the same. All my friends update their iPhones 2 seconds after the update is released, so I started to feel like a weirdo. :derp: Like HP I've got an iPhone 4 and so far no issues with the new OS!

I think you should leave the Polish text untranslated. The gameplay & affordances should speak for themselves plus it's more exotic without localization, like some baffling Czech animation you catch on tv late at night.

I'd rather understand the backstory and not feel like I could be missing some important hint but each to their own.

I agree that the visual difference between the two dimensions needs to be more obvious.

    - Red Riding Hood in a gloomy city-I like that setting!

    - The music does sound good!

    - Polish text makes me a sad panda because I don't understand it

    - The main mechanic doesn't quite impress me. More clever puzzles might win me over, but from what I can see, it seems like it will get dull pretty fast.

A lovely, funny French movie. Much recommended! I watched it in German, not sure if there's an English dubbed/subtitled version available (yet).

That press statement implies id software culls people frequently to keep the head count down, which I imagine isn't the case...Anyway, I guess this means Rage didn’t sell very well. I thought it’d do decent just on the strength of it being by id, but I guess they’re not really a household name for the new generation.

Sometimes studios go on hiring frenzies in order to get a game completed by a certain point in time. Now that Rage is done, not all of these ressources might be needed (yet) on their new project(s). Or a project got cancelled. There can be a lot of reasons for this actually. For those people affected it's unfortunate of course.
