That is looking very very good! I agree with Zacker on the lighting in the cellar, looks very bland atm
-
Sounds like you got the real interview still ahead of you though! Good luck!

That means you literally have to get another to have some real fun.
Isn't it the same with many other games

Frickin' controllers, that's what they earn extra with!!

Hessi visited Carny (one of my coworkers) over the weekend here in Frankfurt and we got to hang out together Saturday night! 3rd person I meet from the internets

hessi: Hope you had a good time and that you got to see a little bit more of Frankfurt the following day! See you either again here or in Cologne

MapCore represent!

Awesomeness Jon, looks great!
-
Agreed, time for spotlight

Very cool, this what the Mapcore news system should have been!

I think with these 2 threads you delivered so much material for photoshop tombfoolery that EOT has to open up a seperate branch just for that.
Anyway, looks like you guys are hardcore (on the drinking side), but I guess you made it home fine after all.

Oh and all the lies SOE told us about Star Wars Galaxies...man I was really looking forward to that title, building guild towns on different planets and all that

-
I can't really wrap my head around the style of the map, it doesn't look like a real world representation but is also not stylized enough to get instantly the message across that it is a fictional place.
Thus it is kind of hard to critique it because everything looks very arbitrary. You do create your own assets (as usual) and design the level though so I give you kudos for that

This is really sad news

Well, Sandbox features scaling of models. Sounds like not too much to ask for

As for the mentioned example of natural props such as rocks, trees etc. there are plenty of other neat features to quickly place, replace and scale sets of vegetation. There are also max. min. scale values to assign a random scale to the placed prop to achieve scale variation without having to edit it on an individual basis.

I'm also getting 404's all over the site, the business model does sound interesting though.
Any MMO that doesn't involve orcs and elves is interesting to me, especially when it involves colonizing!

Yep looks promising!
