Yeah, and it is one of the best films I ever saw.

Don't think the game will be cool though, as what made the MOVIE good was not the action or the story, but the way it was beeing told.

I never read the book or watched the series, but the movie is damn good.

As I am a sucker for wintery pics, I really love the second sunset picture.

Mike, that room is too small for DM I'd say.

Even if it's just a corridor, people want to be able to move from side to side.

    Oh nublette

    Very nice I'd say then.

Only thing, the very last texture, that 1024x1024 one is not sharp enough.

    Petable indeed.

You should show some more stuff, show your small models aswell, plus maybe another map, they are very nice aswell.

Trend, you make it sound like something overhyped and unnecesary.

And why doesn't that mean shit because of normal maps?

Wire frames can help a lot, and yeah you may not see depth as well in wireframe as in flatshaded, but there are other things that are easier to see in wireframe.

Using a 3d-skybox in it Jack?

It casts shadows on the level, so if it is placed in a bad place that may be the problem.

    wtf?

Yeah figure 8, or several 'rings' that connects larger rings are a good "rule".

Looking nice, I like the lightning.

It's a DM map, and in DM (most) people want wider corridors, nothing in the environment should feel too small to be able to strife and jump to avoid enemy fire.

The corridor to the right in the second screen and the area in the last pic from the newest batch look a little too small,

A lot of levels are brought down by this, because people tend to make stuff smaller then it should be, to actually be fun in DM, and this is a temple, you have all the logic rights to put on some size on those types of places.

    Looking good once again!

Because they don't have a face out, that is known enough to automaticly represent the company.

You mention Farcry, a game that was initially a demo showing off whats good from the engines technical aspects.

Valve don't have to do that, they have Gabe!

Riddick had a great engine, but there weren't really any competition with Doom3-engine at the time of release.
