I can't give any advice grounded in experience, but I've heard a number of people I know say that Yamaha Pacifica guitars are very good value for beginners. ![]()

If you mean every paragraph, that's actually the correct way to do it if you're got a multi-paragraph quote. However, if you do this you shouldn't end the paragraphs with quotation marks until the end of the whole quote.

I'm pretty happy with looking young for my age (20).

-
It was D3 who brought up women, not me.

I was initially just saying it ages him and that there's plenty of time for looking 35 when you're actually 35.

What has having a taste for metal music got to do with long hair? Same thing as chavs into the latest chart toppers having "50 Cent" shaved into their hair.

Seriously though, you can get into the girls who like older men once you're... you know, old. Why not hold that off for as long as possible? Are you mental?
You'll regret it one day, man.

That isn't black?

But yeah, I agree. That beard and hair is seriously ageing you, and if I were you I'd chop it all off immediately. Plenty of time to look old when you are actually old.

Yes, the Pyros (made better last night) are pretty fiesty now.
I've seen a few people complaining about them, but to be honest they're not killing people any more than other classes; if it were a Soldier who kept killing them, they wouldn't complain. They're just not used to a Pyro *gasp* killing them.
Although with that said, my personal belief is that the Pyro requires little skill to use since all you essentially need to do is get close and then keep the nozzle pointed at the enemy; it doesn't have much of a skill curve at all, meaning someone who's been playing as one for five minutes can probably play just as well as someone who's been playing as one for a month. Really good Soldiers and Demomen, on the other hand, I can see becoming almost untouchable.
Still, if it provides people with a fun time then who cares?

Those review scores are absolutely insane.
I haven't played Halo 3 and so am reserving my own judgement, but those scores can't be truly justified. They can't be!

Holy crap, seir's avatar is the cutest and most adorable thing I have seen all week.

My arse, D3. My arse.

I have no idea who this person is.

Yes, I find it hard to believe you've ever played a Halo game based on that statement.

I really can't see how they could have advertised a game in a genre that is pretty much exclusively full of death any more respectfully than they did.
The reason they used a model of a scene in the game was to stand out. It is a very original advertisement and thus has been noticed by a lot of people. Would you have preferred they did the same thing with a scene of Master Chief and General Johnson talking over some coffee instead?
I also really can't see why you're choosing this game out of the hundreds of insanely violent games that've come out over the years to launch a tirade of righteous mumbo-jumbo at. I think you're just over-criticising it because you don't like Halo.

I'm finding it genuinely hard, if not impossible, to believe that e-freak is being serious here. Am I alone on this?

It has to be said, that Halo 3 commercial is one fucking good piece of marketing. I mean, not just good; fucking good. It is also probably the most inspired piece of game advertising I've ever seen in my entire life.
This Halo 3 ad is also cool (UK-only version):

£10 says Stolve is more of a woman magnet than killertomato.

Screenshots in this game look exceptionally cool.

Great stuff. I realise not everyone goes for the whole lengthy cutscene thing, but for the majority of long-standing MGS fans they're an irremovable component of the magic.

One of the coolest parts was seeing Metal Gear RAY again. I don't think we've ever seen a Metal Gear brought back from an older game with its improved detail before. Even had Ocelot, officially one of the best villains ever, in there before his Liquid transformation.
Can't wait to see how that fits into the actual storyline.I have the utmost faith that this game will deliver on my expectations beautifully. Probably going to force me into getting a PS3 the second it comes out.
