I'm right handed and I tend to use the arrow keys out of sheer habit. Unless it's a game that makes use of like five buttons it really annoys me when I can't completely customise the controls to suit my convoluted life-long habit of putting certain functions on certain buttons, and puts me off playing it altogether.

Lovely environment, I wish my world had magical floating meat all over the place.
As said above, refinement of the lighting and details will go a long way. -
Agree that all the crazy shit added to TF2 has more or less ruined it. One of TF2's fundamental goals seemed to be simplifying the experience and avoiding the game becoming borderline inaccessible like TFC was, and I think decisions like taking away grenades and repurposing the Medic so he wasn't an all-purpose killing machine were brave but wise moves. That's kind of rendered null and void now they've added like 50,000 variations of each weapon and countless other stuff, though.

Nice to know a vanilla mode exists, but I doubt it's anywhere nearly as popular. I'm just glad I had my 600(!) hours or so of fun with the game, got way more than my money's worth!

Mother of God, only took about five years for them to get round to this...

That cave looks great!

It redirects me to a /gb/ version of the URL. It's £38 for premium — £8 more than I paid for retail BF3 when it launched.

Haha, that is adorable.
But is it me or does that dog look really angry?

Only one I've played is Return to Castle Wolfenstein, but it seemed like a decent twist on the usual WW2 formula that was pervasive at the time — of course since then others like Call of Duty have totally cashed in on the winning formula of war and zombies, so I don't think it's quite the original thing it once was and in all honesty the kids of today would probably think RtCW was copying from CoD.

Interested to see if there's still life in the old IP, though. It is like the most old school of old-school FPS games so you'd think everyone would be salivating about the idea of a new one, but I'm guessing not.

Unreal Engine 4 - Everything You Need To Know
Bit more of a layman's video I think, but hey.

Haha, nice. I do actually enjoy the cosy feeling when it's raining like that, although it's not exactly summer weather

I enjoy The Oatmeal comics. Whatever they're up against right now, I support them unconditionally.
