    Anyway, I'm surprised I missed this seeing the fact I regulary check the 3DR boards. Either way, I'm not really hyped about this game and maybe that's for the better if I do get around playing it when it's released. I do hope the teaser isn't too short though, or something on the lines of that Deus Ex 3 teaser.

    DNF reminds me to a poorly managed mod. They has been struggling all this time to release only a few screens and a teaser, crazy hype, everyone thinks they are dead, and after some time they return to make you think all is okay and the release date isn't too far away. The fact is HL2 mod community follows 3DRealms' methodology step by step.

    BTW, can't believe those bastards are going to release a teaser precisely the week we'll be releasing FoF

    well.. its not that ive been actively waiting for it. if it ever gets released id see it as a bonus.. plus, duke has a special place in my childhood. duke was like my hero..

    still is, frankly.

    Yeah, it's been so long I'm way past actively waiting for it, kind of like Spore.

    I guess they have a problem of penetrating this new world of people who have no idea what Duke Nukem is. They need to make something old fans who remember it as a nostalgic childhood memory like me happy, as well as intrigue new people. I hope it's nice and colourful and not dark and shit like every other Doom 3 engine game, though.

    In all honesty I don't think they can do it. They've left it that bit too long and pretty nobody is excited about it anymore, nor do all these new Xbox kids have any idea what it is.

    Complaining about DNF being delayed or 3DRealms being quiet about it is so 2001.

    If you think that way, there is no way 3DR can win this. There is nothing...NOTHING, that justifies a 10 years (or longer) development time. Well..maybe..a Half-Life - Starcraft cross-over virtual reality MMO maybe. Featuring portal technology and plasma gun mounted unicorns.

    But I guess it's safe to assume, it will not be like this or at least 3DR will have a lot of explaining to do to convince people of the game. Meanwhile I keep my mouth shut until the teaser is out and remain skeptical
