Don't know any other serious Game Developers (PC) or Publishers but there are a lot of small Devs for Mobilegames and such.

Not too good with English? I dont think theyve got "Please no english" area in their office....
For a starters job I seriously doubt theyd make any trouble over you not being all too good with english, although it may mean trouble if for example the lead interviewing you is a foreigner:)

Yeah, the company is place on the Berlin wall, 1 side of the office for germans and 1 for non-germans.They probably do meetings and stuff in english, other than they people probably speak the language they speak best.

Office language is English, that means all written and most verbal communication. Your English doesn't need to be perfect, but you should be able to communicate with co workers.
