    1) Can someone send me his finished prop for a HL2/Other-Source-Game map? I read a lot of tutorials but I'm still don't know how to finish it...

    2) What is the default texture size (resolution) of a in game wall 128x128?

Prop is basically the SMD File for the model, the physbox, a VMT and a VTF File for the Texture, a QC File and maybe some LODs but i don't think you need them to get started.

if you can read a little german: http://mapping-tutorials.de/forum/showthread.php?t=5345

i reckon default texture size is actually 512x512. texture scale in hammer is normally 0.25, so it will end up as a higher definition 128x128

BS! for a 128 unit wall you use a 512px texture. so the texturescaling is 0.25

models might be different but world geometry usually uses a 0.25 scaling for the textures.

And that file will show there?

I googled some sites and found that file but if I choose for eg. "Plastic.Medium" the objects in game aren't making voices like plastic boxes...

If you dont have it it means it's just using the copy from the GCF file. Copy it from the GCF to your local folder using the same layout and then edit it.
