allready explained but..

BREIN(anti-piracy movement) send an email to demonoid (which was hosted in holland), so evently demonoid needed to take down their servers and move to canada. but demonoid was afraid of the dutch users (lawsuits) so he banned everyone from holland, but everyone just starting to use proxy's + after allot of emails from angry users, he undid the ban.

but the funny thing is that demonoid does not host the files them self + its not all illegal (for example, hessi's torrent)

BREIN is one of the most annoying goverment ran organisation there is.
