Reno always has odd ideas, but so far I've seen most of them come together to be a neat map so I'm curious what you end up doing with this one Reno. ^^

Anyways, most comp entries look way more interesting than expected, I think I need to up my skill a bit before I enter a comp eh *Get's out a hammer and some nails*

Looks like a solid arena layout Voodoo, but those shots are really hurt by the lack of lighting. Hope you can find a nice way to provide some illumination and contrast, it should improve things immeasurably. Also, I'm not too keen on your broken walls around the top - have a read of this tutorial, it might help give you some ideas on how to make it look more convincing

Thanks for the comments guys - gonna give it my best shot to get it finished in some form as I've not released anything on my own volition for bloody ages

Voodoo, you could try some dimish green lighting sceme or something.

Reno's right on it being a bit too dark at the moment, or atleast the screenshots are.

Here's what could be a potentially stupid question, but what do we do with the maps when they are finished? Do we upload them to a FTP for judging or...?

Could we have more time for this? It would let us created better maps and also give more people a chance to get in on this action.

I'd be ok with that, I'm moving this weekend, but I'll have lots of time next week.
