mh i like the idea of having some art at the wall focusing view on the monitor but the color-composition and the kind of art just don't work for me. The kind of art because you now can never change your lcd again because it just won't fit with the current painting and the color composition is way too stressing and would keep fetching my eye away from the monitor. dissaturated and with modifiable art is the way to go!!!

Nexus: My place is basically 3 rooms, bedroom, bathroom and livingroom/kitchen in one (miniture laundry in a walldrobe). The place is bright with black finishing around doors and the kitchen bench so I got mostly black or very dark brown furniture.
The computer table is actually in the livingroom passageway.
Zacker: As the fan on the computer desk suggests, the place is bullshit hot (30-40+ degrees). Can't wait to get aircon installed. I hate tiles though, would much rather wood or carpet.
e-freak: The entire place is very dissaturated with little colour, hence the rich green feature wall. I specifically designed the stencil to be unobtrusive, it's only 2 paint shades brighter than the background and you don't even see it when watching tv.
I don't tend to re-decorate or re-arrange shit unless I'm unhappy with it. I don't buy new tv's very often either.
I definately need more shit on the walls. Trying to think of stencil ideas for the bedroom too.
