Nope, your mouse movement space is like 4cm x 4cm.

I haven't gotten that far. Sadly, i've only played through about four missions in homeworld 2. i beat the first one, though... awesome game.

at a very slow speed i can move my mouse from the edge of the monitor to the bottom of the desk and make it the height of my screen about a 1/3 of the way. same goes for horizontal movement; it takes about a foot to get it across 3200 pixels at a reasonable speed. it might just be the angle, but i have enough room. its not a big deal to pick my mouse up and move it either. plus you move it faster and the pointer moves more i can fit a mouse pad there and have room to spare so i guess the people with mouse pads have less room than me?

I should probably buy a new desk some time - I bought this one for like £40 or something from Argos when I moved into my own flat during uni, and, well...it's hardly the most spacious of surfaces. Barely deep enough to hold my monitor and keyboard
