I Steam-purchased Psychonauts. Its quite an amazing game, very different then what you would expect it to be.

Just had a few games of the Lost Planet multiplayer demo and I really enjoyed it. Took a bit of time to get used to the controls again - they really do feel wierd compared to most games of the sort - but once I did I found it very accessible and addictive. The level played nicely, despite being a level from the single player game, and the grappling hook is a really nice feature for getting around the place. Not sure about the VS (mechs) though - I died without killing anybody when riding them pretty much every time, so I guess there is either a knack to it or they just flat out suck.

What I have been playing the last few days:
Age of Mythology, never got around to play it while it was hot, so trying to catch up now.
NS 3.2 beta 1, it still seems to rock even though I got my ass kicked big time.
-
I've been playing Boiling Point : Road To Hell for the past few days, as well as Carmageddon TDR2000.
-
Only Gears of War to busy with other stuff.
-
Beat Vietcong, now playing the expansion Fist Alpha

Btw, has anyone played F.E.A.R. Extraction Point yet?
-
Blazing Angels on the 360, absolutely shite game
-
nothing, any recommendations?
-
Fallout series, always fun.
Or Jagged Alliance 2 hehe

-
I actually liked the Blazing Angels demo once it got going, but never got around to buying it... it seems like this may have been for the better considering some stuff that ended up in the full game.

Currently working through:
Twilight Princess
Rayman
Gears of War

Just finished roboblitz and also picked up swat 4 for 15 euro. both fun games especially for those few euros.
Currently modding the swat 4 to a brainless overpowered action game

The idea behind the game is good, its just so frustrating to play since the controls seem like they're working against you, rather than making the game feel responsive and rewarding. Also it doesn't look very good, and those wisecracking squad mates get annoying after about 10 seconds.

Company of Heroes!
I saw it in the store and bought it despite having decided to wait till I upgrade

I had fairly high hopes for Blazing Angels and was certainly considering getting it, but the demo put me off the idea completely. Shame - I really enjoyed Ace Combat 4 and Crimson Skies, and I was hoping it would provide me with another decent console flight sim (not that any are really attempting to be sims). Shame MS have shot down any hopes of another Crimson Skies game - it took a really neat approach to flying games. Screaming through a city at street level trying to lose your tail in a dogfight, or navigating through ancient caverns and pulling fancy maneouvers between stone columns, isn't an experience many other games can provide. Give us more Crimson Skies MS/Fasa - nobody really seems to give a shit about Shadowrun.
