    Looks like you have alot of brushwork done. Great job...but also keep in mind you may have to have some rooms blocked off or "for display only" so the player don't get confused.

    In-game shot looks colourless, so gray. It's a wip of course tho. Since this is a school and there's lot of interiors, i believe you can use LOT polys for details. For the broken floor i'd suggest using displacement map or model it if possible. Keep it going

    Rule one when making school maps is not to make them exactly as it is IRL. If you do it will ruin the gameplay and fps and none will care how exact a replica it is anyways.

    Well, if you'd do my school exactly like it is, fps would be as high as it just can be. Gameplay can also be good, you'll never know. Compromises has to be done of course.
