New expansion pack being developed for an October release, takes off where the main game left off (with a bang.. *chortle*). Although it was hinted that you were possibly the other 'psychic commander' this may turn out to be a red herring as someone else now appears to be controlling the clone soldiers again, plus Alma's back with some spiritual demons to fight. There's also new weapons which include a chaingun, hinted to be the biggest baddest chaingun.. ever!

PCGamer has screens but I can't find any on the net sadly. Media shows a lovely looking Subway though and I love Subways It's at E3 too, you lucky buggers.

People can't use chain guns. If you had a backpack full of ammo it would only last a few seconds. Even if you had enough ammo you would injure yourself trying to use it. They are mainly for gunships.

It was ok to see them back in the day in Doom and TFC though.

Its also the most unimaginative weapon they could possibly add to the game.

I don't really care how unimaginative it may be. Rattling off a huge ass chaingun in bullet time sounds like fun and that, to me, is all that FEAR is about.

I guess I'm just tired of campy games that all follow the same formula.

btw Peri, it turns out Kari from mythbusters is a shemale.

Why is it "ok" to see it back in the day of Doom and TFC? This is just another case of "those are the classics - don't doubt them" and "it's new, shit on it!".

Personally I really liked FEAR, but never got around to finishing the last bit of it. Should really do that before this addon pack. Thanks for the news D3

Funny, that statement works exactly the same if you replace the word “games” with “goths”.

Gee, I wonder if there will be four unique enemies now instead of three.

Screens and videos added, the chaingun looks awesome. Beware of the woman on the E3 booth demo, she's fucking annoying

If that's the biggest and baddest chaingun ever, I'm Russel Crowe.

So Alma is still in it? Wasn't that wrapped up in the first game?
