This begs a question if we are talking about the empire of Old movie era, or the Empire after the movies, since I believe that even with the Empire after the Rebel victory and Emperor dead even the Grand Admiral Thrawn and his mighty strategical attacks FROM THE FUCKING SPACE WITH A STAR DESTROYER AND A FLEET OF HALF A DOZEN SQUADS OF TIE FIGHTERS would wipe the Nazi germany from the face of the earth. But I could see how Nazis might come victorious from this battle, I mean, Big Bertha shot shells almost to the Stratosphere, so if they would be able to shoot it 50 times longer, they might hit the Thrawns ship for sure

kosmo is nerd for the year jk jk jk

once something hits space doesn't it continue to move in that direction and velocity until physicaly knocked off of course? cause then you'd just have to get it into space and hope its directed towards the star destroyer.

Basically yeah, but Big Bertha almost shot a shell to the stratosphere, you'd need alot more power to give the projectile enough push to calculate where it penetrates to space and to calculate accurate trajectories and the influence of near gravitational forces. So you'd need alot more power than what BB had.

Didn't Lucas lift the idea of his Stormtroopers from Nazi Stormtroopers anyway?

The topic's point is moot, anyway; how would the Nazis be able to fly into space and bullseye a vent not larger than 2m before the Death Star destroyed Germany/Earth?

Remember the old Saturday Night Live skits when George Whendtdttddtd (spelling?) would guest star? It would be all about the Chicago local sports fans talking about how great the Bulls and the Bears were?

    "Daaaa Bears" and such?

They'd talk about how good the Bears were versus any other team...then they'd talk about stupid match ups.

"Okay...the 85 bears vs. the 89 AFC pro bowl team?" "Daaaaa Bears."

"Okay...85 bears vs. 89 AFC pro bowl team coached by Ditka's second cousin?" "Daaaa Bears"

"Okay...85 bears vs. 89 AFC pro bowl team coached by Ditka, but Ditka can't talk and he's blindfolded." ........................."Oh that's a tough one...I gotta give it to the bears."

"Okay...85 bears vs. 89 AFC pro bowl team...except the AFC's defensive line is made up of 4 Ditka's" .............................."I don't know...gotta give that to the Ditka's" ..... "I still say bears."

"Okay...85 bears vs. 89 AFC pro bowl team with but the AFC defensive line is made up of mini-Ditka's and Ditka is their coach, he's blindfolded but this time he can talk." .........................

    .............................

Even without spaceships I would say that Empire FTW, you just can't do nothing but surrender when you see Tie Crawlers.

wtf are you stupid? the nazis would win off course. They would just have to kill baby George Lucas, and no more Empire
