Weapon Model

    First model in maya, more of an experiment than an assignment for me. Just a futuristic weapon in a more grungy futuristic environment. Not supposed to be "real" or anything, just a slightly stylised look. Model and Texture done by myself.

    Transparent magazine? It's not exactly a futuristic concept.

    Marvelous ferret , but if it was me, i think that i ll add some details over the tubes textures or modelise some supports, anyway it's great, nice modelisation and nice uv, very optimised !

    Needs a textured render on a dark grey background or something; too easy to get lost in that one.

    Looks quite nice! ...if 'nice' is an appropriate comment for a deadly weapon...

    Oh, thought it would help bring out the style. You'd rather have a flat background then? or just tone it down? I have to make model sheets for everything so I'd REALLY love feedback about them and any changes you'd make.
