I'm pretty sure Japan has the highest suicide rate. You can argue its a western country, but in reality their culture is still very traditional (i've been there and witnessed it). They push their children to be soooo perfect and when they find out they aren't, they decide to end their lives. Than again those dirty japs are the smartest most technilogical in the world! And they're awfuly nice
