In the former communist state, terrorist trying to destroy statues of Lenin on a national holiday. Counter-terrorist try to prevent terrorist from blowing up statues. There are 2 bomb-sites on this mission.
Map is located in so-called "commie block", set around panel buildings. Hence the name.

Notes: There are few spots on the map with bad lightning and wrong cubemaps. I don't know why that is. Problems started around may update, when VRAD3 started crashing.
