I like the poster and you really captured the style BUT i don't think the colors work that well. Red is really powerful and becomes kind of 'happy' with the pink colors but from the title and the picture i don't get the impression that it's a happy movie. I'd make it more in one 'sphere' if you know what i mean

Under Siege is on TV as I write this. Combine Seagal's smoky combat genius with Norris' grinning persona, and you have cinematic gold.

Actually, I'm planning doing a sequel-poster for this movie. It's called "They Made Me Dive Deeper" starring Richard Dean Anderson as MacGyver, Steve Seagal and Chuck Norris...
