Hello I hear in older Source SDK versions it was available to make your own MOD but how to do this with the CSGO Source SDK there is no option to select create MOD, does anyone know a good tutorial how to make a standalone game based on Source Engine?
Game Mod with CSGO Source Engine?

You can't create a standalone game based on csgo. Differently from hl2, it's binaries are not open sourced, so you can't modify the code.
About making a mod, even the old sdk is broken, so you must make your mods by scratch, downloading the binary source codes from github if you want to do any code changes.
Last, I don't know how servers would accommodate a csgo mod in sourcemods folder, so you are in unexplored waters here.

@Xblah you talking about HL2 SDK being broken for modding?

No, I talked about how the Source SDK launcher is broken and how to CS?GO code is closed source.

I humbly stand to be corrected by my fellows and peers, but (for some reason) I seem to believe that CS:GO was developed using a branch of the Source2 engine by the good people @ http://www.hiddenpath.com/
Now, I can't recall whether this was the entire game, or simply the level editor that was then exported/parsed (Nuke, possibly) into the CS:GO SDK that we know on Steam.
The reason for my belief might be due to a talk at a conference or, something I just heard through the grapevine, and, this may be completely inaccurate and simple anecdotal rhetoric.
