Far-Z | Haze (A New CS:GO Gamemode)

I would have used a fog instead of changing the rendering distance

So this is basically DM in the dark and you get stronger weapons as time goes on?
You can set start fade and end fade distances with fog allowing a sort of fuzzy middle ground for people to work with, or set both values to be the same for a fog curtain. How does manipulating the render distance affect performance vs fog? I personally find the missing rendering really jarring.
IMO, the gamemode needs something else to stand out.

Thanks, jackophant.
For the past few days I have been highly thinking about changing the FarZ effect into fog but since nobody ever used this effect, Its more unique and "cool looking" to use this.
You also mentioned performance, this effect wasn't applied for more performance, even tho this is what its meant to be used for.
But yes, I guess you are right, its Death match / Casual with a very limited view distance and you get weapons as the time goes on.(There is obviously more in it, even if you cant notice, just the balance and testing took some time)
There was nothing else to make it "more unique" or stand out even more, but if you have any suggestions, I will be more then happy to take a look.

Why not add pick-ups (Weapons, Health, Armour, Refills) or switches to change areas in the map. Would give an advantage to someone who spent time learning the map and knowing their way around to areas.
