Rruns bad, lots of visual glitches, impeccable design.

    10/10 perfect PC game.

I'm not getting any performance issues and I'm loving it. It's fucking difficult though.

Man, first mission was brutal, not a fan of the time restricted fail conditions I must say, other than that it's solid as a rock! (if not balanced by somebody who played too much of the first game and thinks it's easy)

The time restrictions are like the meld in the xcom dlc, designed to force you forwards rather than sitting behind snipers. I think its a fairly good solution. Can see it getting tiring after a while though.

I am really glad that almost everything is on a timer now. I got really bored inching forward and overwatching in the first one. :P

Well it's pretty much what Starcraft 2 campaign did, it works well but the occasional reset to the old design is fun, you know the ability to really take your time and plan out everything (deathball or in xcoms case overwatch abuse :P)

The more I play the better xcom2 is, those first two missions should not be so brutal though.

So there are missions where you don't have time limits.

    This a hundred times.

My classic Ironman runs in the previous XCOM, though mostly very intense, also had crazy long lulls where the beginning of every mission (and throughout most missions) would consist of moving one soldier forward at a time with everybody else hanging back in overwatch, which was crazy dull and uninteresting in hindsight. I love the changes they've made to the beginning of missions with timed objectives in that they're forcing your hand to make clever and hard choices from the beginning but still give you a slight upper hand when you can ambush them. Makes the missions much more exciting from the get go, and looking back then that was honestly the biggest flaw in the previous XCOM (apart from the lack of procedural maps) .

Haven't really played this new one enough though, only spent like 2-3 hours on it, nearly no time for it between work, life and everything else, but it's not going anywhere :). So far it looks like it'll be easy to pour 100+ hours in this one as well

Been playing this game way more than I should have. Mostly because it's so damn intense! So fucking brutal missions and the "doomsday" timer just keeps ticking away... I always have to send my best guys in only to get them back in a body bag or with their limbs barely hanging on.

Loving the procedural generated levels and how you can destroy pretty much anything in them from making small peep holes to shoot from to breaking walls and leveling buildings to a rubble.

I've only had one mission which kept crashing on me constantly but other than that the game has been running great for me.

Been playing it for 40 minutes at work today, and after failing two times the first mission, i couldn't sit down for the whole afternoon.

I've had quite a lot of the action cams mess up and not trigger at all, the game sits there for like 10 seconds and then responds again, seems like they have some funky camera code. Happens quite a lot for me, sometimes everytime during a mission. Might turn it off until it's patched.

That feeling when your A team squad comes back into action after using rookies for a few missions

^ This is what pisses me off so much about the game.

FINALLY completed this! Wooh! :D It was fun even though some missions devolved into a 6man-inch-forward-while-overwatching-snoozefest!
