I still need to figure that one out too. :-?

Perhaps Mr. zilla can enlighten us?

Get rid of the HUD with console command "KillAll Hud" I think

Take screens with "P", if not do console command "set input p shot" then repeat with P.

If you have no console... ehh.. tell me and I'll tell you how to get one.

Finished it yesterday, good stuff, without a doubt the best ww2 shooter'ish game to date. You could practically put "Band of Brothers The Game" on as a title, and noone would notice the difference. Which in my opinion makes it über pwn

However the AI annoyed me alot at times. A battle can more or less be ended when your squads place themselves on the wrong side of a cover, or when they decide to stand out in the middle of nothing, even though you order them to head for cover. Wasnt a big problem, only really got in the way a few times, but when it did then it usually meant I had to go back and replay the bit.

Yeah I love it when I set a satchel charge and my teammates are sitting next to it when it explodes even if I command them to run away. Great.

Yeah, a very awesome game. Turned out to be a lot better than expected. Turn up the contrast and knock the colour down and it almost looks like a ww2 film!

Does anyone know how to turn on anti-aliasing?

Or just complete it on Easy to unlock the 'Old Film' cheat, casting everything in lovely sepia tones.

Ohnoss! That was supposed to be fixed, AI recognizes satchel charges and grenades as threats and fears them. Sometimes they get blocked up or crouch to early.

For the best experience I suggest playing on Difficult or at least Normal, specially on PC.

Brilliant! Thanks for letting me know!

Reminds me of Goldeneye how cheats and extras are unlocked as you progress through the game. Not sure why more games don't do that, it's a great incentive to play through the harder modes.

Oh, of course. I completed it on Normal first to get acquainted, and now I'm going through on Difficult. A more rewarding experience, certainly.

what exactly is the difference between normal, difficult and authentic?

The AI seems to get more aggresive and act more tactically as you progress through the difficulty settings, thats what I noticed anyway.

they probably just aim more accurate

Lots of little things. The players health start point is reduced, Germans react faster, aim better, supression time, etc. Although it's all little things it dramatically effects gameplay IMO, forcing the player to play tactically instead of rambo.

    Easy - Meh too easy

Normal - Eh... if you honestly suck play normal

Difficult - If you're good and want to play tactically

Authentic - damn ridiculous twitch + TACTICS (you really depend on your squad). Authentic is really tough, even for developers who created the levels and KNOW what is going to happen.
