    BREAKING! The beleaguered DreamWorks Animation just announced in a written statement that it will eliminate approximately 500 jobs at its company, far exceeding the previously anticipated number of layoffs. Many of those five hundred layoffs will come from the unexpected shutdown of one of its main studios, PDI DreamWorks, in Redwood City, California.

    It's all about avoiding taxes, California is extremly expensive for the movies industry right now. Every single company is fleeing to Canada. Until Canada starts taxing entertainment as well and they'll be fleeing to China. (Which is happening as we speak already)

    Is this the studio that which originally had the widely regarded very unrealistic 1-blockbuster-a-year goal or what that another animation company?
