I used to play GoldenEye with my brothers all the time. We attached a piece of cardboard to the screen to prevent screen cheating.

    Good times!

screen peeking is a legit strategy, seems that you're just bad

the blood an vomit fx were amazing and i still think they look cool today if only for the uniqueness of their style.

when it came out back than one of my friends had it on his n64 while me and 3 of my other friends already had half-life guess which game won the mind share of my generation^^

Off course it is But the cardboard made the game a lot more exciting and sneaky.

Man I *hated* the turok 2 levels way too huge and maze-like for my brain

Mega frustrating for a dumb 12 year old

It's also a lot easier to get lost because of it's two feet draw distance (up from Turok 1, at least). But all I really remember about this game was multiplayer being about firing homing cerebral bores made of lies and the sound of your skull shattering like glass.

If you want dated controls try and play Snake Eater now. It made sense back then (L2/R2 'equip' and X 'uses') but it's really awkward now.
