Got any example of this? Why would Ubisoft issue game keys/copies that are redeemed via Steam and not uPlay?

Every Ubisoft game I bought here was activated through Steam. After download and install I needed to login to Uplay (Steam version of it) but that's it. Unless something changed that I'm unaware of (been a while since my last Ubisoft title). I'm gonna get Far Cry so if you want me to get back to you if it still works the same, just let me know.

Ubisoft is playing a dirty game. Almost no Steam keys available. Only Uplay keys. The ones that are available are 20 euros more expensive.

I will not be playing along Ubisoft. You are not going to shove Uplay down my throat. I'll wait until affordable Steam keys (which still forces you to use Uplay lite) arrive. If you happen to find some, please let me know.
