Indeed, I'm still stuck in hospital sadly, got more tests coming my way so they can decide if I'll need surgery to remove part of my small intestine that's been badly damaged by my crohns disease not being diagnosed for so long.

Got plenty of freelance work and stuff with O:BM to pass the time, you all need to visit the chat room more often

I turned 28 today. Two years to go for the big 30. I'm getting nervous.

Late to the party, happy birthday!

And I so understand what you mean… turned 32 in January and frankly I feel it less, changing country and making new experiences made me feel 5 years younger.

Focus on your accomplishments, think that there is a Wikipedia article about something you have contributed to

Turned 30 a few months ago. Nothing changed, except for my dickhead friends mentioning it whenever they can

Ahaha same for me... And yes I had a great surprise party organized by my wife and friends, so it was "easy" to cross this line

18/19/20 were the best years of my life. Drinking and Snowboarding as much as possible, Now I don't drink and barely get to go snowboarding

You're over thinking it- The economy is on the mend just now (so the media says, seems no different to me either way...) but also whatever happens with it is out of your control. Just do the best you can with your studies and have fun.

Well yeah I hope next year my studies will allow me to have some free time to finally finish my first map !

Still fighting with EasyJet's customer service to get our due reimbursment. Apparently they have sent us the standard amount but still don't see in my bank account, but most annoyingly they are refusing to reimburse the extra travel expenses after they told us to claim those!
