Today I had round 2 in our main offices aka suit city. It felt like going into the lions den. I just got the call. The Core saves another day. Thanks guys because I made it.

Thanks man. I'm doing Traffic Management which in short, monitors all our call center call volumes, dropped calls, hold times and other metrics in real time in order to make quick decisions based on that data (outsource more calls, put on announcements, change peoples shifts, etc).
