In other news, do you guys know the recipe for the japanese mayo sauce that is so damn delicious? Not even sure it contains mayo, but it has somewhat the same consistency... It's so damn good.

It does taste different (better) but I have no idea why.
edit : apparently it uses rice vinegar. That still doesnt explain why its color is more yellow.

It might be. I don't usually like traditional mayo, so when I tasted this I was blown away.
I think it has hints of mustard beneath its smoothness, which is what makes it awesome.

Dolmades made of vine leaves and mincemeat, spices and rice in the mincemeat. Cooked in water, meat broth and tomato purée. Might not look like much but it is sooooo good! One of my absolute favourites!
