Careful not to over do it and get stretch marks. I made the mistake of growing 2 fast 2 furious and my skin couldn't keep up.

I've lost over 12 kg of fat since July.

July = Re-education of my body to exercices (after 5 months of inactivity) August & the first two weeks of September = Serious dry, low calories food, 3 cardio training per week + 3 muscle mass training (long reps with only 1 minute of rest between series) Last two weeks of September to today = muscle mass gain... but dry mass! I do a classic split training in the week + a full body & cardio training. I try to keep my food as clean as possible & I take two shakers of Phase 8 proteins and BCAA every day.

It feels so good to be back in shape! Two days ago, I met a friend I hadn't seen for 2 months, I took my jacket off and she got big round eyes and said "WTF happened to you??" ahah.

So I'm on the road to be a warrior again. BUT, warning to me, you're starting to eat some shit again between your lunches so you'd better watch out! I still have around 4 to 5 fat kilos to lose. It's gonna be difficult, I have a real problem with food, it's on my mind all day long. Even if I'm not hungry, after my shaker for example or even my lunch, I still want to eat. Plus there are a bunch of candy bars and chocolates at the studio :/ Maybe you have something for that guys?

Second big problem: Half of my clothes are way to large for meeeee!!

Took a break from heavy gym work for a while. Lost a few gains. Been hitting it hard again the last few months. I love muscle memory and some well placed carbs and proteins (yes knj) I've started gaining everything back like Kevin Levrone. Gainzzzzz. Hnnnngh.

Seriously though, gloves damage grip strenght development and probably mess with your technique quite a bit. I'd suggest losing them, even though they do look cool, it's not a big deal.

Well, concidering my good performances, I don't think they damage anything if you know what you're doing. My objective is not to become like Arnold.

And yes indeed, I don't want to have my hand like a grater.

So I threatened to post my picture on here a while ago. Time is now I guess. I took this after my first gym session this year to track my progress, etc. Need to work on my forearms and hit some more PB's.

That's nice, 10kg more and you're in the 200's, pretty huge deadlift. At the moment I do 4x5 120kg deadlift. I'm 68kg & 18 years old, getting there. Not that long ago at all I was doing 90kg repetitions on deadlift.

Let's see, squats & leg press are both 90kg, bench is a meh 60kg and overheadpress is 40kg, all 4 sets of 5. These are not maxes btw, I don't know what my personal bests are because I haven't bothered to check.

So, in search of a new woman and feeling out of shape and really looking bad overall i need to get my shit together. Gonna get a haircut on friday, and shave my wild grown beard.

Since i have effort asthma i cant jog, and powerwalks feel, time-consuming. Kind of have trouble going to the gym on weekdays since i got my kids and no family to babysit. My goal is to loose the love-handles and stomach, but build some basic muscles on my body so i can feel more confident about myself :)

So, big question here: what can i do to exercise without a gym, i want to loose fat and gain muscles. I know how to eat right, i just need some ideas on how i can get my body working. I tried freeletics but since i have that asthma it was way too hard for me, or maybe i was being a pussy? Anyway, any suggestions are appreciated! I got a weight bar with around 25 kg's of weights in my garage. If that helps!

Fastest way to loose fat is diet. About your asthma, since you're currently struggling with calisthenics I wonder if any type of weightlifting would cause the same issue which makes me think maybe it's not your asthma that's giving you issues on calisthenics? After all, it is pretty hard to do for an untrained body.

I suggest looking up some good calisthenics routines & change the reps & sets to something you would be more comfortable with, that weight bar could help you in various ways as well but you also gotta look up exercises for that cause i'm too lazy to list all here, easiest way for that is to pick an area of your body you want to train and look up weight lifting exercises for that, gradually building knowledge + a nice routine suited for you.

The thing is, i can run for like 200 meters then it feels like someone is strangling me, i always thought it was becaue i had bad cardio, but then i started running everyday for about two months. I improved my time but every 200 meters i could not breathe. Then my brother said he had that asthma and it kind of made sense. I used to lift and had less problem while lifting. I guess it is mostly noticable when i run and get my pulse up high.

Three trainings a week can be fine. You can start back with two or three weeks of full body training to get your body back on tracks. There, mainly practice polyarticular mass exercices (ask to people at the gym or google it(don't know if you've already done bodybuilding or not)). By doing this, you'll find exercices that fit you well, the ones you like or like. Write it down and keep them in mind, you'll build your true train with them. After theses two or three weeks, you can start a split program on three days a week. I would split the body training like this : Training 1 : Pectoral / biceps / Abs Training 2: dorsal/triceps Training 3: Legs / shoulders For each training, first of all, warm your body up! Then, the two first exercices must be polyarticular mass exercices. This is the best way to gain body mass. Two warm-un exercices and the 4 series of 8 to 12 reps. It's not really useful to count the reps. This way you'll meet miss congestion, and you'll love her.

For the big muscles groups, The second exercice must be a polyarticular mass exercice. (pectoral, dorsal, legs). For the little muscles groups (shoulders, biceps, triceps, calves, abs) , you can do a new polyarticular mass exercice or an insulation exercice. For the big muscles groups, The third exercice must be a polyarticular mass exercice. (pectoral, dorsal, legs). You can also do isulation exercices for all the muscles groupes but the big one will be more difficult to work out on isolation. 4 series of 10 to 15 reps Same for the fourth exercices. Firth series, same but you can do more reps and take less rest.

Finally, stretch your body !!! For the diet, you have to decrease : - the salt, the white bread, white pasta and rice, dairy products, prepared dishes full of salt, sodas, biscuits, sugars etc Why salt? Salt causes water retention and make syou thirsty so you drink sodas or beers. Select : whole-wheat cerals pasta, rice and bread, eat more and more fruits and vegetables, fowl meat, meat, meat and meat, eggs and finally, fish. This can be progressive 'cause it can be tough to follow. You'r good to go. /emoticons/[email protected] 2x" width="15" height="15" />

@Tisky Come on bro Don't lift too heavy, learn how to do the exercice and progressively change your diet. Keep a good objective. I would say more things about diet today though as it is at least 60% of getting your body in shape. Low fat and low sugar is a good way to start I think. Don't do 0% right away, it would be too hard. It's not a sprint, it's a fucking marathon. However, you have to find what fits you the best 'cause advices are good, but everybody is different. Body don't always behave the same way. I did it for example by reduicing salt, fat and sugar and compensating snacking ('cause that's my huge problem) by green tea and fruits. I eat lots of vegetables. I personnally can't eat 3 meals a day. It's too much for me. May be you should follow a youtube channel. I only know the French guys but dux can probably share some with you.
