This. It surprised me a whole lot that they made tools that make it really hard to iterate fast.

Weird, for me its listed between Race On - Demo Dedicated Server, and Ravaged Dedicated Server...

I'm waiting for my new pc parts to arrive before I install anything atm so I haven't checked em out yet.

Nowhere to be found here either, and looking at the forums, it looks like it's a 50/50 chance you got it

maybe you need to have rage through steam? maybe try restarting steam?

im out of ideas...

Not available outside steam, so it's either there or wait for somebody to leak a torrent for it.

at least you can play stalker: ownership check. sounds like a cool game

Ok, there's a solution to "RAGE Tool Kit" not showing up in the Steam Tools list :

1) Exit Steam.

2) Go to the Steam folder.

3) Delete the "appcache" folder.

4) Run Steam.

Now the toolkit is visible and available for download.
