More I play this game, more I find the balance completly fucked !! Germans are so OP it become really ridiculous. When you want to play a automatic match, there is 20% soviet players only...

Soviets have pretty much nothing really strong to fight medium tank (T74 sucks in front of Panzer4) but germans can beat everything with panzergrenadiers. Also Ostwind are too effective on infantry and AT gun.

Also about the Campaign. I liked the tiger mission but the rest is just like COH and sarted to boring me after 30 minutes of play.

German tanks are far too good. Had a massive tank battle with 5 of the best Russian tanks 3-4 medium tanks vs. 2 elephant tanks, 2 panthers and 3 regular tanks. We lost every single Russian tank and not a single German tank died.

I like the idea that the German tanks are stronger, and you have to use other units to combat them.. But it seems there aren't any good units to do this. I found sticky bombs were pretty decent (I think they were sticky bombs!), and flanking the tanks when possible.

Haven't played the game yet but if the Nazis are portrayed even slightly compelling for once I'd find it refreshing.

makes little sense that German tanks are the best in that game, if the games attempting to be historically correct wikipedia quote "In actual tank-on-tank encounters the German armour performed poorly, but as a coherent unit, the combined arms tactic of the Blitzkrieg shocked the West"

Why?

He does a lot of taking figures of speech literally (the general winter rant) and picking apart minor historical inaccuracies. He also seems to think that the Soviets were really great guys and tries to say shit like penal battalions "weren't that bad". He just rants about how anyone would dare make a WWII game about internal conflict, or one that is set in the conflict between the Soviets and the Germans rather than about it. He complains a number of times about how the characters aren't brave enough and tells them that "that's how war is stop whining you baby" and similar. He has no goddamn idea what he's talking about.

Has anyone bought the DLC? They keep releasing them and they look tempting.
