Possible new challenge idea

So I'm browsing flickr looking for texture references, looking at many random photos of all sorts of stuff and then it hits me... how about a texture challenge? Maybe we pick out about say 5 random photos/images and you have to make them into a texture set? Or you have to make a texture using just one image and it has to be modified extensively into something creative. What do you guys think?
