Damn, i'm reading some stuff about this guy. Apparently he raised funding for his game and then fired the whole team when he got the money.

The Nuclear Dawn fella was called David Lyon
Bottomline: Never join a mod/indie project if the leader is called David.
I'm assuming there was no contract that the assets created by the team belonged to this David Prassel dude.
So it's time for the people fired to demand that the game no longer use THEIR rightfully owned assets. Get a legal process going even. That SOB gotta go down before he gets his own studio
