Finished it Met 5 people along the way, stuck with the last one pretty long. It's strange that the "coop" is so effective

    Definitely recommend getting it!

Awesome moments indeed. Getting stuck and the other player coming back for you, etc. So wonderful

Finally decided to put a little time aside for this cultured, sophisticated experience.

Only about halfway through I think, but I'm really enjoying it. Exploring this vast world and slowly uncovering its backstory to music so beautiful you can't helped but be moved by is a wonderful experience. It's easy to write off games like this as pretentious and up their own ass, but in this case it really is as elegant and — dare I say it — artful as the hype implied.

I was surprised by how the momentum has started to be seriously dialled up halfway through. I won't ruin it for those yet to play it, but I will say that if you imagine this game to be just strolling around a desert solving abstract puzzles then that's selling it very short. It has numerous environments all equally beautiful, and the atmosphere changes quite substantially in a fairly sinister way as the world reveals the story of what actually happened to it.

Highly recommended! I thought the team's previous game Flower was an intriguing but completely missable game, but this is something everyone should experience. Not everyone will enjoy it (I know some of my more dudebro-minded friends are unlikely to give it more than a few minutes), but for those disposed towards liking this kind of thing it's likely to be a highlight of the generation.

ok so i bought it, played it, super short but man what an amazing experience. incredible.

an artsy bullshit indie game done completely brilliantly. if you haven't played this then get it immediately, i don't know why it took me so long to try this.

When you finish the game though you can't help but wonder if actual mechanics would have elevated the whole thing. I'm betting they would.

What impact would actual things to do really have on what makes the game special? I don't think the pacing or linearity really have anything to do with it. The random encounters, the visuals and the ambiance are what's important so shit make a real game out of it, it might be something I play for more than one sitting. Damn I'm getting excited thinking about it.
