Saw Chronicle as well, it was pretty cool actually

Brilliant movie! Before watching this I believed we would be able to find a way to turn things around in the near future but that's just not possible. All this green energy stuff is bullshit and won't save us. It's just impossible to substitute oil and fossil fuels, at least not in the time frame that we have. The collapse is happening sometime soon and there's nothing we can do about it other than accepting it and starting to prepare asap.

I know a lot of people will call this alarmist or just another crazy tinfoil hat movie but the whole movie is based in real facts.

Watching Firefly after hearing so many good things about it. I like it. It's super corny but very light-hearted. You can see the guys who wrote it really enjoyed what they were doing Lots of cool sci-fi ideas too.

Went back to creep this thread before I posted to see if anyone caught this. I was going to post basically the same thing but about the american version. Had trouble getting by James Bond as Blomkvist. And I perfer rapace's salandar.

I don't think it mattters in the end which one you see though. They're both good. I think the swedish version took it a bit slower with the vagnar story where the american version speeds through it to spend a bit more time with lisbeth's fucking around at the end. But it also has that swanky ass intro with the led zeppelin cover so that wins some points too I guess.

Yeah, that intro is killer. But if you didn't like the Bond-connection, the intro doesn't really help.

Got to listen to that song now...
