    This one actually looks pretty good. I never liked 0rigins or Homecoming, they just seemed like fan mods which recycled too much stuff from 1-3, and even copied ideas from the movie which was just an abomination. The new team have scrapped all that though, and said every person should see their own version of the town (which was actually explicitly stated several times in 2 and 3) so all the monsters are completely new.

    i'm ok about homecoming but origin is very good. Maybe too much action, i agree but it's look like the first one

    25 meters of viewdistance supports the mood and keeps the die-rate of consoles down - it's just random that the fog doesn't continue into the sky but keeps it clean. art looks decent though and reminds me of Crysis 2 somehow

    I'm going into this heavily prejudiced against it for not being Shattered Memories 2.

    I've been keeping an eye on this one since the trailer which was released awhile ago;

    I'm impressed with what I've seen here, the graphics are miles more improved than Homecoming's bland artwork and I can actually see many different colours outdoors as oppose to green or blue fog.

    I absolutely love these shots;

    Look how much detail there is! Everything looks lived in and it echoes SH2's "Beauty Through Decay" artstyle in HD. I personally welcome the look of SH with high-rise buildings too, it works well in these shots.

    The character models are very good this time around, Murphy and the Postman have great attention to detail, the female cop looks good too although her fingers look very odd, what happened to her nails?

    A small criticism but easily fixed.

    Yes it does look like Alan Wake in parts but that's not a bad thing and well.. see the post in the relevant thread.

    Yes! THIS is the Otherworld, it screams it and unsettles the player rather than resemble an uninspiring orange steel factory ala Homecoming.

    Monster designs are kinda meh from what I can see (which isn't much), I'll reserve judgement on that for later.

    I'm excited

    the characters are very unreal and their texture maps seem messy, but i really like the way the game transitioned into the "otherworld" or whatever you call it. i had a similar idea for a game once.

    I believe that if you ever make your own game, it won't be a big success... You'll get a few fans that absolutely adores the game and thinks its the best shit ever created, but most people won't understand it.
