Splatoon is a lot of fun. I'm only level 6 but I'm getting the hang of it. As someone who regularly plays League of Legends I now naturally hate everyone I meet in online game by defaul,t because it streamlines the entire process, but Splatoon multiplayer is setup in a very Nintendo way. There's no way to send messages, no voice chat, matches are really short and chaotic, and after each round it jumbles the teams and fills leavers. Honestly, the most a frumpy player can do is piss off. Single player is also pretty fun, I heard someone say it sucked and it was all about angling ink into balloons. It is not this.

Also playing Xrd! I haven't really been practicing it, but now we have an actual group of people at work so I might start taking it more seriously.

Played some helldivers tonight and I was just really tired. Played with 3 random russians and I just started smiling uncontrollably when they called in 4 mechs (one for me too!) and we just ripped everything that attempted to thwart our extraction attempt. Our enemies didnt even manage to come onscreen most of the time. :p

    Ah. Good times.

Now playing World of Warships! The game is quite fun and very addictive. But i find it easy and also no enough complex. I remember the good old Battlestation games where you had to manage a whole boat army, and planes and submarines, there were gameplay to repair you ships etc. Here, everything is just about aiming and firing. It's still very good, but i'd like it more complex. And objectives on the islands to destroy or to protect would be cool 'cause what we've got here is deathmatch, capture the point and it's modified mode of domination.

    Her Story.

I recommend it for about an hour long experience, go into it with an open mind and a calm mood if you want to get the most out of it. Definitely a fun little game that makes you think, which is great sometimes.

There is an end game, its very difficult to achieve, you have to go through 5 Maxwells doors to new worlds without dying otherwise you get kicked back out to your regular world. At the end you basically complete the game and unlock new characters.

    Darkest Dungeon

As if Lovecraft made a baby with Warhammer Quest. Brutal, unrelenting and extremely addictive. I can't stop playing this!

Playing Rocket League. If you haven't played Rocket League yet, you should definitely check it out. It's stupidly fun even when you aren't winning/getting goals. Reminds me of Destruction Derby for N64. Also, it has a surprising amount of depth. Free on PS+ this month, 20 dollars or something on steam.

Just finished Ori and the blind forest. Awesome game, love the art style and music. A bit disheartening to see there's an achievement for completing it without dying though

After a long while of not playing anything, I decided to dig in and get some cooperative play.

Currently playing Serious Sam 3 coop (and having a blast literally, despite finishing the game last year in single player), and Payday the heist coop.

I have to master Batman Arkham Knight, I need like 4-5 achievements (and I'm gonna replay in Game+ mode anyway).

I should go back to finish Splinter Cell Blacklist but started Dead Light (Tequila Works)...

...AND I JUST FOUND OUT THAT ZOMBIU HAS BEEN PORTED TO PC!!! [Blocked Image: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v668/auciker/Smileys/jaw-drop.gif]

THAT SHIT IS GONNA GO STRAIGHT INTO MY HARD DRIVE!

In the meantime I pre-ordered Mad Max, -40% is sweeet :) will be able to download just as I get back from holiday

Anyone tested Trine 3 yet? I've loved all the other games in the series, the art and music is wonderful, and coop is always fun :)

Finished Until Dawn over the weekend, I saw there's no thread on it, think it's gone a bit under the radar. Anyway, I really enjoyed it - was like playing through a decent horror movie with some cool twists, and I actually cared about some of the decisions I was forced to make during it. Would recommend

Yup, played through it over the weekend as well, really enjoyed it much more than I expected. Really stupid and cliche ridden, but it sorta embraces that shit, definitely planning on going through it another time later on. It feels like a good evolution of the Heavy Rain type of game, a type of game I'd love to see more of.

Also, I regret buying it digitally, it's the kind of game where I might not necessarily recommend people buying it full price, but I'd love to lend it out to people and hear about their experiences.

monster hunter 4 ultimate addiction is starting to creep in. A lot of people at work play it so it's like I have fellow heroine addicts to support my self destructive lifestyle.

also playing gemenie rue on a tablet. Now this is a great game for tablets. Good story and the puzzles are neither easy nor frustrating.

    Grim Fandango remastered

Played the original back in 99 and playing this now is like a cruise down the nostalgia/memory lane. Brilliant game.

Couple of my friends picked up World of Warships over the weekend. I thought the game looked pretty slow and boring from the footage I'd seen but it's actually quite fun and the games rarely last more than 10 minutes each. Quite satisfying to land a really long shot or predict a ships movement to slam a torpedo into their side.

Progressing at a decent rate too, haven't felt like the F2P model is holding me back...yet.
